Picked up mail, aquired various letters of recommendation, inquired about summer school logistics, made appointment with local doctor, checked into job postings, finished resume and reference list, took back the sexy TI-84 calculators borrowed from the local ISD, did some banking, filed for unemployment, and chatted with local building personnel. These were all very relevant and pertinent tasks and I'm better for having accomplished them; a good morning, to be sure.
Next up: read the paper, eat, buy a gift.
