JESUS IS CRUCIFIED
On the cross Jesus prayed to his Father to forgive. for all the many times when I have not forgiven, or have even "gotten back" at my wrongdoer out of vengeance: Have mercy, O Lord.

JESUS DIES ON THE CROSS
There is no greater love than to give one's life for a friend. Jesus, for so easily forgetting how much you loved me that you suffered and died for me, and that you still love me despite my sins: Have mercy, O Lord.
