Daddy makes this and I have tried to mimic it several times but it's never as good as his.
For our annual Sparty versus dark blue and yellow shindig, I will make some this Saturday.
3 bricks of cream cheese
2 bricks sharp cheddar shredded
1 small onion diced fine
1/4 green pepper diced fine
2 jalapenos diced fine
1/2 jar of pimento
Whip together in the KitchenAid mixer and enjoy.
And then your favourite crackers to imbibe with:
clubhouse
wheat thins
