Father~
Be near my friend who has many names.
Let him know Your unfailing love during these dark times;
let him know how Your plan is unfolding in his life,
and how much he has to be thankful for.
Let him see Your blessings, from the smallest butterfly
to a majestic sunset, and instill in him a will to live,
to love,
and to continue fighting the good fight.
Let him know how valuable life is in Your eyes.
