No matter how much you’re suffering right now, I want to invite you to take your eyes off of yourself and your situation. Focus your heart on Jesus who lovingly took our sin, shame, sicknesses, sufferings and death all upon himself so that we might live. Focus your attention on our Lord who suffered with us and for us. He still chooses to love us and wants to live with us forever, promising to make all things new. This week ask Jesus for the grace to fall more in love with him and for the grace of never putting anything above him, so that believing and loving him in this life, we might all enjoy the wonder of the Resurrection together for eternity.
